Not so long ago, I was working in the Corporate setting, I bought into the idea that working onsite was the only way for me to earn great money. Not realizing the amount of time and freedom that I loose while I’m in that position. But I knew there had to be another way.
The moment I optimized my Linkedin Account with my Salesforce Administrator Certificate, I had left and right job offers. From there I started working with different companies at the comfort of my home, while having enough time to take care of my kids while my Husband is not around as he’s in the military.
I HAD TO FIND A WAY TO BREAK FREE OTHERWISE I WAS GOING TO BE LIVING A LIFE I HATED FOR DECADES TO COME.
That’s when I discovered Salesforce and became a Certified Salesforce Administrator. I thought I would never have that “work-life-balance” and I would have no time to take care of my kids. But when I found Salesforce and got certified, it changed my life and my mindset. Now I can work anywhere, anytime I want, while achieving financial freedom at the same time as salaries in Salesforce are very competitive with unlimited PTOs.
My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner! If I could go back in time and tell my 25-year-old self to start working remotely as a Salesforce Administrator, I would. Thankfully, it’s never too late!
